Hey, I’m Hayley!

I believe life feels richest when we're deeply connected—to nature, to ourselves, to meaningful work, and to other people.

The ocean has always been the place that reminds me of that.

It strips away distraction. It quiets comparison. It asks nothing of us except that we show up fully present.

My purpose isn't simply to encourage people to spend more time by the sea.

It's to help people build lives that feel more intentional, adventurous and aligned with who they truly are.

I believe entrepreneurship can create freedom.

I believe freedom creates space for adventure.

I believe adventure creates connection.

And I believe that when people fall in love with the ocean, they become more likely to protect it.

Everything I build—from businesses to retreats, writing, products and partnerships—exists to strengthen those connections.

My Story

I didn’t arrive here through a straight line. Nothing about it was straight.

There was a life before this one — built on instinct, resilience, and learning things the hard way. I created businesses before I ever had a roadmap, learned how to build from scratch before I ever felt “ready,” and found myself repeatedly pulled toward one thing I couldn’t ignore: the ocean.

Not as a hobby. As a relationship.

The ocean became the constant when everything else shifted. It was where I reset, where I listened properly, where I remembered that most of what matters cannot be measured in output or achievement, where I formed ideas, friendships and learnt to wonder and feel inspired.

This work now — whatever shape it takes — is the continuation of that thread. Not a reinvention, but a return.

I’m not interested in building something polished for the sake of appearance. I’m interested in building something real enough to hold people, change habits, and quietly redirect attention back to what we are part of, not separate from.

This is not a single project.

It’s a body of work connected by one intention: to bring people back into relationship with the ocean in a way that is emotional, practical, and lasting.

Everything I build helps people reconnect with the ocean because connection inspires conservation.
